Our goal is complete satisfaction. Every piece is guaranteed to be perfect. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused piece within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Before returning merchandise, please note the following:
Must have written return authorization from Loretta Warner.
Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged.
Must have original tags still attached.
Must be sent in its original packaging.
Must reach Loretta within 20 days of the delivery date.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.
We will refund your order value if the above conditions are met. If not, we will give you the option of re-sending the item to your address at your own cost. If you reject the return shipment, Loretta Warner reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
